Free meningitis vaccines to be given at The Long Beach LGBTQ Center

LONG BEACH — The Long Beach LGBTQ Center will host two events for anyone who wants a free meningococcal meningitis vaccine.

One will take place Monday and the second will take place May 13. Both vaccination days will be from 11 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

No appointment is necessary.

The Center and Long Beach Health and Human Services Department are collaborators for the events.
